The Hitachi Oasis 1.2T is a high-field, truly open MRI system known for its patient-centric design, which combines a powerful 1.2 Tesla superconducting magnet with an open, unobstructed architecture. This design offers enhanced comfort and space for claustrophobic, pediatric, geriatric, and bariatric patients, while also providing excellent diagnostic image quality and versatility for various clinical applications. The Oasis is designed to accommodate a broad range of patients and procedures, maintaining clinical performance comparable to conventional closed MRI systems.

The system features a wide, motorized patient table with a high weight limit (up to 660 lbs or 300kg) to accommodate obese and bariatric patients.
